Sigh... another charging station vandalised. I was charging my car in the nearby station when this happened! With regular notification in my inbox regarding fast charger vandalism here in Western Australia, I wonder whether EV charging stations are simply too safe for public. Maybe they should add pipes with pressurised gasoline as safety measure. When vandalised, they burst and automatically ignite. Surely flame thrower will act as a good deterrent .

Fixed ish
Non lock side not working. But this has happened before.
Base is fairly secure now
Could be a blessing in disguise as now people know that there is a charging station there
Rusdy's jo berg BMW flamethrower option author's surname is Torchinsky. Thought it was an April fools article.

[ Simple... static charge them when not swipe carded, but touched. Sadly it's the under-educated human. If it doesn't understand it, it has to be killed. The best way is fake-news scoop on man gets hurt by charge post.... trouble is they may get surrounded by glass fences, as my kid likes to play, and it's not his fault they are dangerous... sadly it's the parent that needs the cattle prod educator. Actually, it would make sense to have a version of a 'dash cam' that runs when the post is touched. They will have data to them for sure. Simple & effective.
