I use my Leaf to do deliveries for my Fish and Chip shop and I use the Map lights a lot. I had always turned them on and off using the switch in the center until one day the left one stayed on. I thought it was a wiring fault and was driving it around with the light on until I discovered that you can turn the left and right lights on and off individually by pressing the front of the light cover. There is a raised portion to indicate you can do this but it wasn't obvious to me until I accidentally switched it on. I was just about to remove the light bulb!

Well, thanks for that, Jake. A week or so ago, when I got in my LEAF the light didn't go off. I opened and shut the door several times but the light was still on. It was night time and it was very distracting. In desperation I banged the whole unit and the light went off. When I opened the door the light did not go on again so I thought I'd broken the bulb but since there was plenty of light in my garage and in the street at my destination I hadn't done any thing about it thinking I broken the bulb and needed a new one. I've just been and found the raised section you mentioned and tapped it and the light came back on, so I don't need a new bulb either. I never would have seen that if you hadn't mentioned it
