On American Amazon.com for $444 + ~$100 postage to oz. I bought one and it was delivered in 8 days. Nice unit, very solid. Option to set maximum output, mine is set to 15amp as per outlet, can be up to 30amp. Option to delay charge 2,4,6,8 hours by push button on the front. Plug mount on front. Nice green fading halo on charge around the top of the box, red if there is a fault. Thanks to the guys at AEVA for the reccomendation.

I got one of these in June 2016, after I saw your post. It arrived from Amazon US very quickly and was easy to install.
Just a couple of weeks ago, it developed a fault where its green "Power Available" LED flashes once every two seconds and it will not charge the car.
I rang Siemens support in the US, who very helpfully gave me a number to ring in Australia. I rang the number and, as I expected, nobody there had ever heard of such a unit.
Rang the US again and the dynamic duo, Dave and Dan were very keen to help me but did not know what action to take, seeing I live in Australia. If I were in the US, they would just send me a replacement unit straight off. I am awaiting the decision to be handed down from the highest echelons of Siemens US.
I'll keep you posted on how this plays out.
UPDATE:
After about a month of silence from Siemens, I got an email from Dan, assuring me he had not forgotten my case and would be back intouch when he got a final decision on the course of action from the "international Team" Slow forward to a couple of weeks ago, after months of further silence, I emailed them again, asking if there had been any progress. A week later, Dan replied that he was under the impression a replacement unit had shipped months ago. I wrote back, pointing out that I had received no notification anything had "shipped". A few days later, he replied confirming that a replacement was indeed on its way. That very afternoon, I got a phone call from DHL in Brisbane, to let me know that my package had arrived in Melbourne and would be on-forwarded to me in Tasmania as soon as I paid the $476 customs duty! They sent a copy of the shipping label and the enclosed invoice, with a bottom line figure of $0.00, but a declared value of the contents of around $US1600! This is for a replacement of the same unit I bought originally for $US444. I sent back a customs dispute form stating this was a warranty replacement and not a purchase and that the invoice declaration seemed to be an error. I emailed Dan at Siemens, asking for a revised invoice with a real world value declaration and a note saying they had made an error. Still waiting.
