Has anyone had any luck with getting good quality seat covers to protect our nice seats. They look to need ones specifically made as a generic bucket seat cover would not seem to fit.

seat covers got more complex once cars started having side airbags built into the seat you have to even watch out for hand made ones.

Yes, the airbags are the problem. Nissan told me you can't have seat covers because of the airbags in the seats.

We got our Nissan dealer (Adelaide) to supply us with custom made seat covers as sweetner on the deal - took ages to come but we are very happy with them. They were made to work correctly with the airbags.

My thoughts are that seat covers should be fitted once the seats are gone. Might as well enjoy the nice interior while it is new, IMHO.
