Wonder if it's worth shaming NAB on Facebook? It's not as embarrassing as parking at a disabled parking spot, I doubt most people would be sympathetic towards us. I would just let NAB know. If they don't do anything about it then do the naming and shaming. If the office does not know about it then how can they do anything about it. Don't go to war just yet.

yes report them like "how's my driving" 1800 nos. on back of buses and Linfox trucks you can make out 136622 on a NAB car in some of those pictures, but I think they are more likely to try and sell you a loan if you ring it.

I have used Goulburn St occasionally since then and always tell the staff when there are naughty ice cars parked in our EV spots. They have been putting letters under the wipers of offenders. Here is a pic:

I'll pass the message on internal in nab (we have yammer) with the pics.
As an ev owner I can understand the frustration but I think there's a bit of education of hybrid drivers to understand what an ev parking spot is there for...

When I parked there yesterday 3 of the 4 spots were ICEd. When I came back there was only one ICE left, and he had that note under his wiper.
P.S. of course one of them was an NAB car.

I am new to the forum and have read through this thread several times. My brain likes to think through these sort of problems and like most, I don't see an easy solution as humans will be, well, human. While I was at the Kunara Natural Foods Store at Forest Glen near Nambour, I came across the "ICEd" problem on both visits to this site. There is a (single connection) Chargepoint J1772 positioned between two parking spaces and just a few spots away is a double 15A power point. There were two standout reasons why these spots were ICEd. 1. There was very little signage and as we all know, there is not a lot of awareness in the general public about electric vehicles and their feeding habits. 2. And this second reason applies to all public charging spots I have seen at shopping centres (not a lot in total); they are located right outside the main entrance. This is important for disabled parking spots for obvious reasons, but I would rather see a charging location situated waaay to the back of the parking lot. Ok, I don't mind a walk and some can't, but I would rather walk for 2 or 3 minutes than sit in the car for 15 minutes waiting (fuming) for the ICE driver to return to their vehicle. Never forget the 5% rule: "5% of what happens to you is beyond your control - the other 95% is your reaction to it".
Maybe the sight of a prime parking space being designated to very occasional (for now) use is just too tempting. I mentioned this to the management and they saw the logic and will consider a location change sometime in the future (when electrical work is being done). I ALWAYS respect the handicap spots but I can see the (twisted) logic of the able bodied driver taking a space right outside the door as they will "only be a few minutes".

Goulburn St has green road paint and big signs. They know what they are doing.
