In the last couple of weeks I noticed a Leaf tooling around in Brisbane Airport Corporation livery and a chargepoint unit turn up on the map at their head office. So I thought I'd suggest to them installing a charger at the airport itself. In the suggestion I mentioned that having it as part of the Valet service was probably best idea. My thinking there was to prevent it getting ICE'd or having it tied up all day due to someone flying interstate etc. This was their response:
Has anyone made similar inquiries with the other airports around Australia?

Newcastle Airport is expanding but I expect it will be a while before they get that far.

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) has two Blink units installed as part of the Vic EV trial. Currently only one (right) is working. I've charged there several times. Charging is free but parking is expensive!

And Blink and Chargepoint - are they the same do you know? I have just received my Chargepoint card in the mail. Regards
