If they did that here we would have 8 fast chargers for every EV driver in the country. Would be nice!
This quote is very telling:

Quick chargers would also be good for people who live in apartments or have on street Parking.

I've just posted it on my FB and dared people to join the RaVolution. I have had my first 2 month energy bill - ZERO cost for a ZERO emissions car. No wonder why Shell is selling up stations.

Free energy London to Edinburgh and back with Ecotricity - and they didn't need it free. Daytime rates 17 pounds for electrikery and 77 pounds for coff coff petrol sick fumes! (Each way) Fully Charged
