I'm in the same boat. I purchased mine from Steve Jarvin's early this year and didn't know about or get this letter. Now they have closed up, so I don't have one if I ever need it.

They do not need the letter, just contact Nissan Australia.

Good day, Feng. Thank you for posting the letter! Can you please confirm if this warranty applies to 2013 Leafs?

They do not need the letter, just contact Nissan Australia. The dealer might pretend that they do need the letter and if the customer doesn’t have it then tough. Or pretend the customer is wrong and the battery warranty is something else, in an attempt to fob them off to avoid having to do any work or thinking on the issue. Having the letter assists the customer to hold their ground and stops the dealer avoiding responsibility to deal with it.
