Mine still has the same error as before where it says 'Connection to the centre has failed' when I try and activate my security settings and naturally my app is not working. The username and password I used is right off my Nissan Leaf Portal so it should be correct. I just rang Nissan customer service and they have no record of the email being sent. (I did not expect the operator to have such up to date information). With the quality of their IT systems, I won't surprised if the email was sent by mistake Mine is still not working.

It appears the system is back up and working again - mine is 100% OK at the moment - but obviously the individual account/service lockup problems that have plagued everyone are still around. When mine fails I always call up the Nissan 1800 number and politely explain the symptoms to them, and it usually gets fixed within a week. Looks like there are plenty still to be fixed. I suggest calling them up, and follow up about a week later if still no good. Good luck.

Mine is still not working - not sure if to be patient or report it. I turned the email notifications in the car (both plugin reminder and charge completed) last night. In the morning, I received the charge completed email and the iOS works again. Not sure if they are related but you can give it a try. If it still not working, I would suggest you reporting it to Nissan. Good luck.

The CARWINGS has issue again. This time the mobile app works fine (i.e., getting battery charge status, start charging, start climate control all worked fine). However, the car was unable to connect to the information centre. It was unable to send the trip information, and unable to download charging station updates.
The last date having trip information was on 11/11.
I have to say the service is hopeless.
Anyone having the same issue?

My trip info on Carwings stops at 17/11. I haven't tried going through the menus in the car yet, might do that later.

Mine has been dead for a while too. And I had barely got used to having it working again.
Carwings now joins the GPS as an absolutely useless feature due to unreliability.

I just checked mine and it seems to be working now - hadn't work for me for a while and I had stopped checking it. I haven't tried turning on the air con but when i click the update button I get my estimated driving range kms and a current "updated" data time value.

I spoke with Dan from Nissan Customer Service today who confirmed that CarWings is back up online. Mine is still not logging on with my CarWings user ID (Starting with N) and password.
I have resorted to booking the car in with my local dealer to diagnose what is going on whether it's an actual fault with the TCU. Booked in for next Wednesday, there will be a $154 diagnosis fee. I'm curious whether this fee will be waived if it's found the TCU is faulty since I only had it replaced in Feb 2017 and I would expect at least a 12mth warranty with parts.
My car is now out of the 3yr manufacturer's warranty.

My car logs in, but my phone App does not. And looking at the history on the website it's pretty patchy - some days there is no history when I know we used the car.

It seems like my carwings issue runs a lot deeper than initially thought. I took the car into my dealership to have it looked it, they did all the resets that I had tried previously, it seems it's actually something back of house which is preventing my carwings app from registering.
they gave the car back to me without a diagnosis fee and basically said they can't do much.

I rang Nissan (1800 532 338) and they are aware they are having problems. They took a whole bunch of details from the carwings screen in the car and are working on it. Still waiting for the resolution.

After months of not being able to use it and giving up on it, and not noticing the recent comments in this thread, I tried opening the Carwings app on my phone yesterday - it is working again for me too. It was only when I came to post it here that I realised others had noticed the same thing recently!

Mine was working until last Sunday. My traveling data is still received on Carwings so it isn’t anything related to the car I guess.
