Can anyone identify the brand/model, or the capabilities, of this EVSE?

Googling the model number doesn't help.
I bought my Leaf second hand and this came with it (as well as the factory-included Nissan one). I'm trying to identify its capabilities - I've been advised that Gelco sell an EVSE capable of charging at 3.5kW from a 15A power point, which I may make use of on a long trip, but if this one can handle it...
Note, this was originally supplied to me with the plug cut off and a 10A plug attached. You may have seen a previous post from me regarding this EVSE being fried. (Detail here - ozleaf.proboards.com/post/11411) We have since had a qualified electrician remove the 10A plug and re-attach a 15A plug, but as yet we haven't tested it (we use the Nissan one). So while I could just try it, I thought I'd ask first.
