The Melbourne EV expo is on again at Swinburne Uni on Sunday 16th October from 10 am to 4pm. Tesla (S), Nissan (Leaf) & BMW (i3 & i8) are manufacturers expected to be displaying there. There will be solar cars, electric racing cars, electric bikes , scooters as well as talks on a variety of subjects. See details of the event at community.ata.org.au/melbourne-electric-vehicle-expo/We've previously amassed on this event (proudly lining up LEAFS in front of the Uni and holding court with passers by asking questions) - is anyone thinking of going this year ? (Ive got a clash on the day but may drop in for a bit)

I wonder if they will reset the DCFC before the event. It wasn't broken but just need someone with the key to flip some switches inside.

The Quick Charger is one reason I'm not eager to attend this event. How can Swinburne support the expo? They show no effort or concern for the quick charger in repairing or replacing it. They were meant to be a cheerleader for EV tech. It's embarrassing for them as far as I'm concerned.

If I could, I'd be there bells clanging. Just needs a Genni or two round the corner. Think NSW.

I'll try and go. Although our second child is due to be born on that day (a bit of a weird coincidence). I do live about 5 minutes drive away so if my wife does go into labour, then I'll be off like the clappers!
