Hopefully Bob has tested his adaptor against Tesla three phase stations as the "Normal" signalling will not work with Tesla three phase stations unless the switch is set to legacy.
It also seems a shame to cripple a 22kW station to put out just 3.6kW via a 15A single phase socket. Why not an adaptor like Greg or Mark's that supplies all of the 3 phase 32A the charging station can provide. From that you can plug a whole bunch of different portable EVSEs or chargers into it via a 6 way 15A splitter for an EV group ride/drive!

David, thanks again for making up the mennekes to 3 phase adapter. I tried it out on Wednesday night at Castle Hill Towers, on one of the Tesla destination chargers on the Red level. It worked brilliantly. Because of this I was able to use the Setec Portable Chademo at full power, and had plenty of charge to get home.
here are some pics of it.
I couldn't get any good pics in the carpark as it was almost pitch black, and I was worried about being hassled by security. So I didn't try.
