Owners in Melbourne may aware of the Swinburne DCQC was reporting CE110 error since Christmas Eve. The error was first reported by a Tesla user who tried to charge his car with Chademo adapter. I went there on Christmas day and reported it to ChargePoint but, as expected, no replies from them yet. I did a search and found that the CE110 error can be reset. I visited Kew yesterday. I reset the charger and charged successfully! I posted the steps that I believe can reset the charger on PlugShare. But I would like to put everything I did in here in case I missed steps on PlugShare comments: - Hold the "STOP" button until CE110 error changed to 'CA103 error - Hold "Stop Charging" button for 2 seconds to reset charger'
- Hold the "STOP" button for more than 2 seconds a few times. No change / reset happened.
- Hold the "Emergency Stop" button and turn the it clockwise for 2 seconds
- Heard a loud noise from the charger and the charger reset. The noise is the same as the those when it performs tests before start charging.
- See "tap card to charge" message and I charge the car as usual
The steps I believe to reset the charger are: - Hold the "STOP" button until CE110 error changed to 'CA103 error - Hold "Stop Charging" button for 2 seconds to reset charger'
- Hold the "Emergency Stop" button for 2 seconds
- Wait for the "tap card to charge" message
- The charger is back to the business
I put a note on PlugShare to throw the idea that the Tesla adaptor may cause the error. I hope the Tesla owner won't test the adaptor on the other Fujitsu charger in Melbourne.

AFAIK, Chademo is a complicated standard. There are incompatibility issues between chargers and cars in overseas. I won't be surprise if the error was caused by a bug in Fujitsu firmware while Tesla implemented their adaptor properly.
I remember ChargePoint USA claimed a firmware update was required to allow Tesla to be charged by Fujitsu Chademo charger.

I agree Jacky. Even the 43KW Fast AC chargers in the Zoe are having issues with different EVSE (and they were touted as being the easiest to implement).

Clearly the Tesla owners attempting to use their adaptor put this charger into the error mode. There really is no need for them to use it when the supercharger is not far away on Chapel St.
But lucky the displayed error is user resettable. Thanks Jacky for finding the procedure.

Stranded with toddler in the South West won't be pleasant I can think of worse places to be stuck waiting on a slow charge than MR. If you are trying the Mandurah to Harvey run I recommend not trying to do the 110km/h. Cruse at 90 or draft behind a truck or caravan at 100. Just saying. (If I was to be mischievous I would say not to park on the grass in Harvey). Enjoy the trip.

With 300km+ range there is no reason for Tesla drivers to use the chargers at all (unless they are from out of town).

The charger is so close to the Richmond super charger there are no points to charge in Swinburne. I believe he was testing the Chademo adaptor.

A little bit off topic but I was surprised to learn you can't unplug a charged Tesla, the plug is locked in even when the charge has finished.
