It works too!!!! It did take a bit to find it (who knew there were two upper level car parks?).
Still all this free energy is going to send me broke. I have now done four charges but not got out of the shops with transactions under $100! It is cheaper to charge from home :-(

Get the site map from Garden City's website.
Near Coles, Map reference G11, top deck of the parking. Right next to the entrance between 312 and 314.
