lol screen freeze also affects tesla model s transportevolved.com/2014/08/04/tesla-model-s-edmunds-critical-luxury-electric-car/" In fact, we’ve come across many Tesla owners both online and in real life who have suffered some form of problem with their luxury plug-in, ranging from drivetrain faults to battery pack failures and screen freezes." but at least tesla bothers to fix their bugs. as in most things in this world, nothing is perfect "In short, there’s no such thing as a perfect automaker." ubuntu who says ooh bun too proper pronunciation seems to be ooh boon too

It is not so much the platform, but rather how frequently we get updates. None so far in AU. That is pretty poor.
I heard Tesla keeps rolling them out, eg there was an automatic update to draw lines on the reversing camera images. It just appeared on people's screens from one day to the next. Now that is good service, bugs are less relevant in this case as they can get fixed. Our Leafs are all 3G enabled, so it could all auto update overnight...
It all comes down to how the software is managed. If they write special versions for different countries, then we will never get updates. However, if it is all the same version, but features are just disabled for different environments, then everyone should be able to get updates.
I used to have a Samsung Omnia (pre Galaxy) mobile, it was full of bugs and it never got updated. Drove me crazy, so I just don't buy Samsung phones any more, I don't care if galaxy is supposedly ok, I use Sony now, which is great.

i'm with sony too xperia ultra z phablet. running 4.4.4 kitkat somehow sony UI is better than nexus 7 gen 1. also runs real racing 3 better.
But Nexus gets its updates faster than sony cos it is google unit. One of the main reasons I got it was cos it was google endorsed and has gorilla glass.
first tablet was blackberry playbook, got rid of it. hardware was great, but apps were non standard android.

You know the best thing with Windows - my Windows phone works! Normally there's only stuff for iphone and android but I got in the car, paired my windows phone and it all looked like it was going to work perfectly. I've only been in the car for 5 minutes of course but it paired and then played audio over bluetooth so that's a good sign.
