Hi All
New to forum as only owned since July 2020 and enquiring about an issue with Sat Nav. Basically it works fine in terms of the directions, etc. however the voice will not stay on. Has been back twice to dealer who have reset unit. Works for first outing then disappears again.
Dealer has said it is a known issue and are awaiting software update from Nissan, but I cannot find anything online about this so I think I may have a dud unit. Since last reset voice activation only works for phone and audio.
Anyone had the same issue or knows about the issue.
Love the car, but this is really frustrating!

same problem for me also. voice guidance stopped working on the third day.

Follow up: seems the only solution is a factory reset, (I may have got a new software release) which I got at the 1000 klm service. So far the system has returned to normal. Side effect was I had to reconnect my phone and re input other personal settings.

Following on from my reply yesterday, I now have an update this morning on the Sat Nav Navigation concern i.e. No voice commands. A new replacement 'head unit' is on order from Nissan Japan. ETA 8 weeks i.e. probably last week in September 2021. I'll keep you posted on developments. It seems that this is not an uncommon issue.

The problem has returned for me, after the reset. It seems to occurs shortly after connecting the phone and using apple maps.
