Australian Leaf VIN, or how to tell if Australian Delivered?

Hi everyone,
Because I'm still struggling to get a Spare Tyre for our Leaf (long story in the other thread), So I thought it might help if I give the Dealership an Australian VIN.
If I had given them our JDM VIN, they'd probably say it doesn't have spare tyre.
I went onto Carsales to find an Australian Delivered Leaf and get its VIN, but it's surprisingly hard to tell which are Australian Delivered. I found ones with English Head Units, but they had a rear diffuser. I thought AU Leafs didn't have that. Any other clues to go by?
Or would anyone have an Australian Delivered VIN to message me? Even a numberplate eg. off an online Ad would help, as long as we know it's an Australian Leaf.
