But Leaf is here to stay.
We just ordered ourselves a Model S 75D, but since we're a 2 car family so the Leaf will stay until the Model 3 arrives.
I'm not entirely happy with the Leaf, but it's still better than any ICE car I've had and I'm not about to trade the Leaf in for any kind of ICE, but once Model 3 arrives, it will be sayonara Nissan

When is it estimated to arrive? Did you use a referral code to get free supercharging and discount?

We chose a December delivery. Yes, we used a referral code.

Excellent! That's very exciting. Is there a financial discount on with using a referral code also?

What's your plan on financing? Do you use tesla finance?

$1,400 discount for the purchaser using a referral code and free lifetime supercharging. Various rewards for the referee up to a free Tesla Roadster 2.0 when released.
We're going through a finance broker I've been using for a while. He knows our financial structure already. Saves explaining it 15 times to another financier.

A friend of mine who owns a model X is testing out the Model S P100D with Ludicrous tomorrow. I am going along for the ride, hopefully I get a drive also. Hope all my organs remain where they are during acceleration.

A bunch of Teslas in the Tesla only spots at Chadstone. I think most if not all belong to Tesla as part of their demo fleet.

I didn't get a chance to drive the P100D in the end as my friend was sick and couldn't make it and they gave me a Model X 75D instead. The drive was nice as expected, acceleration was pretty epic even for a base model, solid drive feel, enjoyed the different steering feel settings as well as the adjustable ride height for the extra low ride. Interesting to find out that there are new or near new 'inventory' cars which are pre-configured which are available for sale and some do carry quite hefty 'showroom discounts'. e.g. a Model S 75D with 21" wheels, glass roof, enhanced auto-pilot, premium interior upgrade, smart air suspension for $157k drive away which is $21k off the online configure price. It's also eligible for the referral code discount and life time free super-charging from the referral program.
My wallet was the rate limiting step for me to pull the trigger on one. Still going to hold onto my Model 3 reservation.

Been a while since I jumped on here. Our Tesla arrived in December last year. December 6th to be precise.
13 days after delivery, the car got caught in a hail storm and suffered $35,000 damage. Very sad day. But she's all fixed up now, paint correction, Opti Coat Pro+, window tints etc. Absolutely loving it.
We're almost a full EV family now. Even the forklift at work got upgraded to a battery electric. The only vehicle we now own that drinks dino juice is the Ranger ute which barely gets used anyway. Just really hand to have.
How's your Tesla going pharmadave? I'd encourage you to join the Tesla Owner's Club of Australia if you haven't already. Lots of great people in the club and regular meet-ups, even though they always seem to be organised on the exact days I'm unavailable.

Just applied to join TOCA on the count of their great efforts with enabling the round Australia charging network. Look forward to a TOCA meetup in the near future.
