Does anyone know where I can login to the Carwings website? I didn't get details of the link when we got the car, and can't find it by searching

You start with owners.nissan.com.au/portal/You then need a Username and Password ( which your Dealer should have given you ) When you have logged in, you select ' My vehicles ', then ' My Nissan LEAF vehicle settings ', and then select the ' Carwings ' tabs. But I have just checked, and Carwings appears to be down, with some illegible notice. I would not expect it to be Up again until late Monday - at the earliest. If your Dealer hasn't, or won't, give you a Username and Password, then Dean might be able to help.

If you run into trouble like I did, you can also ring Dean Despotovski, Nissan LEAF Customer Specialist at Nissan HQ:
1800 LEAF EV (5323 38) or email Nissan_LEAF@nissan.com.au

Hi all,
are any of you experiencing issues with CARWINGS at present?
Dean told me the server in Japan is down and they had a public holiday over there or something (code for I don't know what your problem is so please leave me alone on a Friday afternoon?)
I can't get this s£$t to work for me? Neither on the phone app nor on the PC can I check status let alone switch anything on or of....
Removing and reinstalling app, change password all didn't fix anything?

Yeah the website seems to be down again.
I was able to communicate via the app to the car, but I don't think that goes via the server (except perhaps the login details).
It's been a pretty poor experience with car wings really

I look at the Carwings LEAF portal, and wonder where people are downloading data from? I've seen graphs and data of last month's data from other users but cannot figure out how they got that data. Help please.

Is it the one under the "Energy Info" tab in Carwings? At the very bottom of the results there's a link to download the info into a CSV file.

Feng, the "energy info Tab in Carwings" - is that through the Nissan Portal and then the [My Vehicles] tab to access the CARWINGS button? My CARWINGS button is a placebo - clicks but no response - HTML coding conflict with Safari?

That should be the one, I haven't tried it in Safari, maybe give Chrome or Firefox a go? Or clear your browser cache in case something's corrupt?

Carwings, MAC OS and iOS - I can now see the data. Many thanks to Dean at Nissan help! From the Nissan LEAF Portal owners.nissan.com.au/portal/select [my vehicles] and then press the CARWINGS button I had my safari's preferences set to block Pop-Ups. With that protection removed I am now open to all sorts of data! Brilliant! Attachments:

Is Carwings down at the moment or am I doing something wrong?

Are you unable to look up your car's charge status or are you referring to the Carwings site with all the stats? I haven't been able to look up my car's charge status for a few days, it reports "There is no current vehicle data to display." instead. The Carwings site with the stats and my phone app are working fine though.

Carwings definitely does not seem to work, I get:
The service cannot be provided. Please try it again or contact NISSAN.

I get the same as Riddick. I get "There is no current vehicle data to display" on the home page. I don't even get my battery level. At least I am not alone.
Feng:- yep, that is the site I am using.

My iPhone app hasn't been able to connect for several days.
The portal says NO CURRENT INFO TO DISPLAY and CarWings says "The service cannot be provided. Please try it again or contact NISSAN."
I see the car connecting from time to time and haven't seen any errors on the display, but I might have a closer look and see if the LEAF believes that it is talking.

Just an update, it is still not working. We have mentioned this to Dean in an email about chasing heater parts, but as yet no response about either. Neither the iPhone app or Carwings is working and Carwings in the car is current as at 20th Feb and will not update.

I never managed to get Carwings sorted out in the first place. Doesn't look as though I'm missing out on much

Carwings gives great information when it is working and the iPhone app is handy if you want to warm up or cool down before you get into the car. We also find it good if we have the car on the quick charger, you can see how the charge is going so you don't leave the car plugged in any longer than necessary (and therefore don't stop anyone else from using the charger).

I mailed Dean about it today as well, hopefully there will be enough complaints for them to realise it's not an isolated incident.

I don't have an iPhone, I don't ever use the air conditioner and there aren't any quick chargers in Maitland/Newcastle, so it looks as though I really am not missing out on much!

I'd laugh if he reads this forum. I know where you're coming from, had a few emails go unreplied in the past. Eh.

Don't know if Dean reads this forum, but I do know he follows me on twitter but that probably isn't much help here

just picked up the car and specifically asked about the carwings login details as I felt this might be a problem but they didn't know anything about it and the "Leaf Guy" was at lunch.
Is there any way to get it form the car or do they have to give you it?
