Happy days Adelaide is getting some serious EV charging infrastructure which is Leaf friendly - www.cityofadelaide.com.au/explore-the-city/city-travelling-transport/green-travel/electric-vehicle-charging-points. According to PlugShare there will be two Tritium Chargers, two Schneider EVLink (Type 2 socket) - BYO Type 2-Type 2 or Type 2-Type 1 cable. I wonder if my type 2 to type 1 adapter will still work with bit I removed to make it work with the Tesla destination chargers... There are also 2 Tesla superchargers. Were also starting to get some good charging options 50 to 100 kms away from the City where they are much more useful.

Any idea how to get rid of a 353 error code sitting in background leaving charger out of service icon lit (353 Bayenet removed abruptly while charging)

353 indicates something is out of normal operation parameters for the safety system e.g. inverter is reading an incorrect value. It has locked itself until a repair is performed.
Generally, If the error does not clear when you put the plug back into the holster, don't power cycle or press the estop on the station. It does not do what you think, and could cause more damage, or trick the backend into ignoring the error as it was momentary.
Please let the owner know so they can contact Tritium for service. There are large delays for parts, so that may be the reason stations are down long periods.
