Well I sadly didn't notice this until 4 weeks after our warranty expired because it is always under a carpet mat....but our floor mat protector has detached from the floor... Interested if anyone else has had the failure (as I intend to pursue it with Nissan under Consumer law). Plus, if your warranty is coming up soon it would be worth checking

I don't have a carpet on top so I'll certainly know if it comes unstuck. It's fine at the moment. My warranty has already well and truely run out.

If you get no joy I would try construction adhesive to put it back on.

Is Nissan warranty 3 years ? One of reasons I got Imiev - 5 years.

Your dealer might do this for you. Have you asked them? It wouldn't be hard to fix.

Thanks guys, I think that is enough people to confirm it's not a common problem so I'll take a shot fixing it myself. No real issue as it is under the floor mats
