Android version is updated too. I'm so used to it being broken it feels weird to see it work flawlessly!

That's weird. When I try to download it from the "updates" section of the App store it says "Nissan Connect EV is not compatible with this iPhone". I am running iOS 9.2.1, which is the next to most recent iOS update.
Normally if an app is incompatible with the installed iOS, the App Store knows that, and hence it won't even show it as an updatable App.
What iOS are others running?

I'm running 9.2.1 and it's running fine. Try deleting your existing version first. Argh!!! I looked up the specs for the App and it is now compatible with iPhone5s and higher - and I have iP5. So it won't work. How arbitrary is that? Why cut off at iP5? Grrr... I can install it on my new iPad but that doesn't help me - I use it for business, I don't carry it around with me all the time like my phone! Which makes the new App basically useless for me! V. disappointed and annoyed

NissanConnect EV v2.0.4 isn't compatible with iPhone 5. Thanks for that, Nissan Australia. (Not.)

This appears to still be broken. Anyone else still getting the 'User ID / Password invalid' error? I've tried a reinstall of the IOS app and double checked the ID and Password on the Owner Portal. Still a no-starter for me.

Still a no-starter for me. It is working fine for me. I removed the app from background, start it up and then fetch battery status. It worked well.

I couldn't get the battery status on the app (no data), so I used the web portal and retrieved the status and displayed fine. After killing the app and logging in, the app is happy again. Like it was stuck because there was no data.

NissanConnect EV v2.0.4 isn't compatible with iPhone 5. Thanks for that, Nissan Australia. (Not.) Would you believe that I never deleted the app from my phone, so when the App Store kept on reminding me that NissanConnect EV needed updating to v2.0.5 I kept on ignoring it because it doesn't work on iPhone 5, right. That update was back on 18 May. Well today I got bored and told my phone to update all the apps that needed updating - 39 of them. And for a laugh I fired up NissanConnect EV v2.0.5 to see what happened... and it now works on iPhone 5! It successfully logged in and retrieved my battery status. Yay! Only for another 4 months tho'

Has anyone worked out how to change the car id/pwd in the Nissan EV app? I got a new telematics unit fitted today (which the dealer left blank) & decided to load it with an easier-to-remember id/pwd than my old XYZ0oC... defaults, that seems to have registered OK. But when I click 'New registration' in the Nissan EV app it takes me to the owners portal & there doesn't seem to be a way to enter the new id/pwd I entered in the nav unit?

Kris - as far as I know the user ID and nickname associated with it can only be changed by Nissan, I've never seen any options in the App to change it (as much as I'd like to!). If you go to settings in the App and click on User, its shows your nickname (which appears in the global performance rankings for example) and your NissanConnect User ID (which is used to uniquely identify your Carwings account). For me those two are the same, and there is no way I can find to edit either of them.

Roger that. I can't get any combo to work in the nav. The original userid/pwd (ie those shown in the owner portal) an alternate set the portal emails when I request a pwd change (from when carwings became nissan ev) or any mixture of the two. Am I using the correct app, is Nissan EV the same as NissanConnect?
