My windows seem like they're struggling to close. When I automatically close the window on the driver's side it even closes and opens slightly like there's been an obstruction. There's some discussion on other forums about earlier build LEAFs having this problem and it's either the regulator (I think that's the motor) or an out of alignment teflon guide causing the slowness. Has anyone else had this problem?
I'm getting my 50k service next week, want to see if anything can be done about it.

No problem, but then I hardly ever open my windows. I'll try to remember to give it a go tomorrow

Mine is doing the same thing. Haven't checked the others but the drivers side definitely seems sluggish like it was an ICE car with the engine off and closing with a half flat battery.

They seem sluggish to me too. But I thought it was just a leaf thing.
They do sound exactly like an ICE with the engine off. In fact I almost went to rev the engine a couple of times before I realised that I was in an EV with no alternator. :-P
The rear windows seem slower than the driver's window.

Maybe worth checking the service battery. If this effects all your window, then the service battery would be the best bet.

Also, in many cars the actual switches are the issues with windows, they slow down and then stop working as the contacts get dirty. Try the same window from both the driver's switch and it's own switch, if they go at different speeds the issue s probably the switch.
Given their age I'd expect the switch to be replaced under warranty, once they are out of warranty the are generally not to hard to clean yourself.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll see what I can do about it. I had an intermittent window switch in the Honda I fixed with some contact cleaner once, I might let the mechanics take a look at it first in case they know something we don't. I'll also ask for the 12V battery to be tested while I'm there.
