You have to loose the 4th bar before you can trigger a warranty claim.

Okay, then I hope the degradation does not slow down greatly. I hope I will lose another two bars in two and a half year.

The fourth bar is suspect to me, a simple software tweek can make any real capacity as it feels fit. The actual capacity of the battery is what the warranty specifies, I'd get the capacity checked, not what the adjustable GOM says. I have deliberately not had the software "upgraded", as this is open to interference to suit. Plus, from what I have gathered, it makes regen a little less intensive, which defeats one of the positives of a BEV. Have a read of the pack via LeafSpy pro, and use the figures it gives as more accurate.
