I was browsing what LEAFs are available on carsales and stumbled upon this ad. www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Nissan-LEAF-2012/OAG-AD-16247093/?Cr=1By the looks of it, it seems to be a newer version of the Leaf. I would assume the car would have no GPS or CarWings support due to it being a Japanese domestic model. I might even check it out when it arrives just to see the specs of it.

Yeah it looks like a post 2013 model with the charger moved from the boot to the engine bay among other changes. I prefer the darker interior and leather steering wheel too!

I'm lost. I thought no one is allowed to import Leaf? Is that a clause of 5-year old or older exempted? Is this with the new Lizard battery? Time to upgrade my Leaf!!! I've lost hope for new EV (or decent second) under AUD 25k.

2 bars of lost @ 45000km, not sure its a lizard batter, also look at the range with 50% battery. Would be a 24kWh battery I think.

Gee that was quick. The Jap-Spec Leaf has been taken off Carsales, I guess it's been sold.
